We had an amazing time with two teenagers, enjoying both in and outdoors. The garden is split between a front an a backyard, both are very large with plenty of space for outoor activities.
The beach and town of Etretat are on walking distance (although it's a climb to get back) and worth a visite when it is not too busy.
The beds in the house are of high quality and so is the rest of the furniture. Parking is private and the town is nice and peacefull. A small bakery and supermarket are across the street as well as a nice restaurant.
In the area there are several activities for both adults as teenagers, all of them require a bit of driving. Cycling is very doable but it's hilly.
Big Hypermarkets and a shopping mall are nearby (20 minute drive).
The reception from Edith was very pleasant and she showed us around.
A very recommendable house for your vacation!
