"This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. "This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Amazing location and had everything we needed. They have used the space really wisely! The only thing we were surprised by was the amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the apartment. We have also been moved out of the accommodation for 7 days and have not yet heard of our deposit return."

"Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat."

Margareta is a very attentive host and does everything to help your stay. perhaps the place would need some renovation but those are coming soon.
