We stayed here with 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids between the age of 3 and 10. We loved the oustide of the house, beautiful setting with an amazing pool. The location is perfect for visiting some nice villages and surrounding nature. Stores are close by with the car. The road next to the house is busier than we expected but that didn’t bother us too much. The inside of the house is a bit outdated and could use some modernizing (and cleaning) but as we spent most of our time it was fine.

A l’arrivée nous sommes reçus par la conciergerie, chek-in effectué en 3 min ( pas étonnant, quand nous avons ouvert les placards dans la cuisine et vu l’état lamentable de la vaisselle: excréments de rongeurs dans les assiettes, verres pourris, placards avec 3 cm de poussière, aucun plat utilisable cause de rouille, poêles pleines d’huile. Nous avons immédiatement constaté que le réseau téléphonique et la wifi ne marchaient pas nous avons contacté la conciergerie nous avons eu en réponse que nous sommes à la campagne. Il aurait été judicieux de le préciser sur l annonce vu le prix de la maison. L état général électrique de la maison reste très dangereux surtout pour des enfants en bas âge. (Prises scotchées au mur, prises non fixées au mur, fils électriques sortant du mur. Il est mentionné dans l’annonce qu’une télé est à disposition: il s’agit d’une télé datant des années 1990 avec uniquement 3 chaînes dans un placard d’une propreté innommable. Quant à la piscine sachez que l’alarme est Hs. L’état général de la maison est insalubre, l’humidité de la maison fait craquer la peinture qui tombe au sol. Nous n’avons pas compris non plus pourquoi il y avait un stock de tuiles dans la salle de bain ? Wc du 2 eme étage HS. Ampoules des chevets grillées. Nous avons donc contacté la propriétaire car son numéro était sur l annonce abritel. Elle nous a « acheté » avec un carton de vin afin qu’on garde notre silence en commentaire. C est vraiment du VOL à ce tarif là.

Accueil excellent de nos hôtes qui ont redoublé d’attentions à notre égard. Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille, à la découverte de la Provence. Grande piscine pour lutter contre la canicule !!!

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires, qui font leur maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. La maison est vaste avec de nombreuses chambres, très propice pour un séjour décontracté. La piscine ainsi que le jardin sont très grands et agréables. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à l'Ane noir.

Nous (4 couples et 8 enfants de moins de 8 ans) avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété de famille. Le grand jardin est parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est sécurisée par un grillage. Manger sous l'arbre fut un plaisir chaque jour. Les hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli. Les vacances furent excellentes !

Belle maison mais mal entretenue. Par exemple: dans les wc du 1er étage, la lunette des toilettes n'était pas adaptée aux wc, et la chasse d'eau n'évacuait pas correctement. Dans une des chambres pas de poignée de porte, dans une autre, pas d'interrupteur. De manière générale le deuxième étage était un peu vétuste. La vaisselle et les tiroirs de la cuisine pas impeccables. Beaucoup d'ampoules ne marchaient pas. De plus il y avait un nid de frelons à côté de la maison et donc par exemple il était impossible de rester sous le auvent le soir. Autre inconvénient le bruit de la route qui longe la maison et qui est très prégnant. Mais la piscine était très agréable spacieuse et propre. Dommage car il suffirait d'un peu d'attention pour rendre les lieux plus accueillants.
