"Nous etions là pour visiter Aix en Provence. Très peu d'aide pour savoir comment y aller sans la voiture. Heureusement que c'était dimanche, donc moins de trafic. Un défaut pas de restaurant le dimanche soir😔"

First of all, the location is just great. Right around the corner from the Musee Granet, only about 4 short blocks over from the Cours Mirabeau and oldest part of the city, less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Fontaine de la Rotonde, and not far from the Hotel de Caumont museum. The street is very quiet, and has no cars - except taxis that can lower the access control posts. Just a block from the Rue d'Italie, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

My experience at the hotel was truly five-star! The hotel is brand new, having opened just a month ago, and is absolutely luxurious. Everything is beautifully designed, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The reception is located on the ninth floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city.
A special thank you to the wonderful reception staff, Kashia and Alexey, who were absolutely fantastic.

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. The room was gorgeous and very historic. Website said the property has an elevator, which isn’t true for some parts. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to help haul my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. It was a bit precarious bringing it all down to check out. The breakfast was absolutely lovely.

We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!

The room was small but cozy. It lacked a view, but the window provided good airflow. It fit my solo traveling needs perfectly. Good central location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff who spoke English, and good wifi. A bit noisy at night, but in fairness I left the window open.

We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and we couldn't be happier. It's PERFECT. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the gardens...exactly how you'd expect a French countryside hotel to be. It felt like we were in our own home. We LOVED this hotel and would definitely go to Aix en Provence just to stay there again.
