"Clean rooms with modern updates and great ahowee"

"Arrived at 10:15, reception was closed, lights off. Tried calling the number - no answer. Wasn’t able to enter parking garage- it was cold and pouring rain. Another traveler with the same problem luckily found the keys in a side hallway so we were able to enter our room. Room had no bed!! It was a disgustingly dirty pull out sofa. The room was cold - heat did not work correctly. Pillows were thin as paper. There was no real blanket. Towels were scratchy- horrible experience. We’ve traveled all over Europe and this hotel was the WORST place we stayed on this trip."

"I have stayed here a few times before and it’s a great budget hotel in a great walkable location. I have always had a good experience here. This time I had a car and (especially for non-European drivers) the parking garage is really tight but it’s clean and easy to navigate."

"Petit déjeuner pris vers 9h avec les enfants, il y avait plus rien à disposition. La personne n'avait pas l'air pressé pour compléter le menu. On a attendu 30min pour manger avec des enfants en bas âge c'est trop long... En plus la compote était avariée et le bol de fromage blanc était sal tout autour. Une honte."

"In countless hotels I have stayed at over the past 20 years, of all price ranges, this one grabs the distinction of making it among the worst stays I have been. I even forgot it was possible to be that unprofessional. First, this is NOT a real hotel, it is a fake appartment complex, with 0 charm. You get none of the traditional hotels benefits: Your room won't be cleaned (only once a week, clean your own mess, wash your own things, expect none of the things you will use to be replenished, like just the shower soap or coffee pod), you will not have the possibility to have your own temperature, it is alledgedly at the will of the building landlord, so even if the temperature is about 80-85 degrees in your room, NO A/C, no air conditioning for the whole week. Try to sleep on a bumpy uneven mattress from one side to the other. Leave the window open to try to cool down the room at night, get eaten alive by mosquitos. Wake up in the morning at 7.30am to NO WATER! NO SHOWER possible... Before a full day with clients... Try to go to the front desk for a solution by suggesting using a room which checked out early (some floors still had some water), hear the manager Romuald (if that's his real name) almost insult you for daring to ask, and not being comprehensive enough... without any apologies. The only positives: the location, and the convenient underground paying parking. But, you can find plenty of better places around... Consider yourself warned."
