"Good location for visiting the city and nearby sites. Parking is a plus! It is a functional apartment with everything needed in the kitchen. Sophie is responsive, friendly and very helpful. There are sheer curtains in the bedrooms which do not block the light. Instructions for the washing machine are a must. Door locks are challenging and flush buttons on the toilet work, but one is missing."

Contact facile avec le propriétaire et très bien accueillies par son fils et son épouse qui ont eu la délicatesse de nous offrir une bouteille de cidre et des gâteaux. L’appartement est excentré mais proche des voies rapides. La place de parking couverte est un plus. Je recommande sans réserve"

"Overall, a great spot to stay when staying in Vannes. The apartment is actually much nicer and more spacious than the photos suggest. Gilles was very quick to respond to our handful of questions. We really appreciated the added touches of coffee and a cold bottle of water. I didn't know he had two apartments for rent next to each other, so seeing the signage of only one apartment was a bit confusing. "Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist super, man kann die historische Innenstadt und den Hafen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Lage. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage hat uns gut gefallen, da die Straßen hier doch recht eng sind. Einen großen Monoprix gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"This is a clean and exceptionally well equipped property. Magali was very helpful, leaving us with a generous selection of starter provisions. The flat is very well-located for shops and restaurants, but that does mean that there is some noise from traffic and pedestrians. With the windows closed it is fine at night."

"A really fantastic location. We stayed in a chalet overlooking the lake which was lovely. The chalet is really nice, spacious and had pretty much everything you need for a holiday. The swimming pool was lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds around. It was nice being car free, the children could cycle and scoot round safely, but bear that in mind for packing/unpacking, it can be quite a walk depending which area your chalet it. The restaurant on site is very limited with space and opening...
