Âgé de 70 ans et diminué physiquement ce fut une horreur pour moi . Je pensais qu'à 340 la nuit , un gardien ( 72 logts quand meme !! ) aurait monté nos valises ! J'avais choisi l'appt A5G pour sa verriere au-dessus du lit ; encore raté , store en panne et bruit incessant au-dessus du lit . Ca s'appelle Hotel mais il n'y a aucun service . ...

"It's a very nice, small and cozy apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood, just off the main hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy, no problem at all. Instructions were clear as well. There were a couple of things we could wish for - one was a bit more active and clear communication with property host before the arrival, some questions were left unanswered and felt like we received only automatic messages, but at the end it was ok. "Overall for a weeks stay we felt the apartment was clean and passable. I felt like I was in a college type apartment not an elegant place. Since the property is older there were items unfamiliar to us to use. Suggest spending more time explaining the appliances - sink didn’t smell good so we didn’t use the kitchen. And we couldn’t fire out the stove even to heat up our pizza one night. The bar area lights and the bedroom wall lights didn’t work. The outlets don’t work for USA electronics....

"Very convenient to go to the tourist attractions and many good restaurants around. Good communication so easily checked in and out. Property a bit dated, the apartment is on the 3rd floor not easy to go up with suitcases. Cleanliness and facilities could be improved."
