"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on the property. Good food and great service. Accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed. Lots of space for families with a nice little kitchen area and patio area overlooking the river. If you enjoy cocktails, try the Crusoé; unique, spicy and delicious. Overall good experience. "

"I had a fantastic stay with my kids. View was excellent (one of the best I have ever had) and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. Pools, especially the bottom one was really appreciated by the kids. We liked the village area in general and have not really anything negative to say, except that maybe the breakfast was “just” OK. "

"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Nous venons depuis plusieurs années .Le centre est toujours calme, propre et bien tenu. Les autres vacanciers et résidents sont respectueux et bienveillants. Le personnel reste professionnel, disponible et efficace. Un lieu où on peut vraiment se reposer. On recommande sans hésiter. Vous y retournez une fois, vous y revenez toujours. "

"Quand nous étions arrivés vers 22h30, tout était fermé. N'ayant eu aucun message ou instruction pour récupérer les clefs, nous avons passé la nuit du Samedi 3/08 à dormir dans la voiture sur le parking avec nos 2 enfants ados dont un qui est autiste. Le lendemain, la personne qui était à l'accueil nous affirmait qu'on nous appelé et laissé un message pour avoir le code du coffre dans lequel se trouvaient les clefs. Je n'ai, bien sûr, eu aucun appel ou message de leur part et je lui ai fait...

"... Alors juste un petit bémol en ce qui concerne le calme: malgréle fait que nous étions hors saison, bien qu'en période de vacances scolaire, le calme nétait pas toujours au RDV, mais c'est plus la faute de certains résidents que de Piere et Vacances... Sinon rien à dire tout était parfait !"

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"This small hotel is very stylishly designed. The pool area has ample beds (free) with drink and food service. The pool area opens into a stylish restaurant and bar space. The 2 stone cool down tubs over look an scenic valley. We used this hotel as a base for visiting Port Grimaud, Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. We would definitely stay there again."

"Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a great view. The real star of the show is the service provided by Chérine. She made our stay outstanding with recommendations for the best restaurant. Brought a lovely birthday gift for my daughter when I mentioned it was her birthday- brought a fan for the upstairs loft at a moment’s notice. She was so, so lovely. Hotel is very convenient for the ferry over to St Tropéz (Chérine provided the schedule and easy instructions). Le Suffren is a great hotel made perfect by the service we experienced. Amenities in the room were new and perfect for an easy stay- great a/c as well!"
