"Simply loved every aspect of this property. From the assistance provided arranging activities; to the lovely welcome upon our arrival; to the spa, the pool and the restaurant. Every wonderful aspect of this property is surpassed only by the sweeping views of the Marne Valley. I can't recommend this hotel enough."

"Positioned 150 metres from the Avenue de Champagne, this is a perfect place to stay in Épernay. A great friendly welcome, free convenient parking and clean smallish but very comfortable rooms. Great value as well. "

"This was my favorite 24 hours out of a 2 week trip to Europe! The Chateau is straight out of a fairy tale. We were greeted by two lovely women who brought us champagne and snacks while getting our room ready. We spent a couple hours in the spa enjoying the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and specialty teas. We walked the property and the few streets around the Chateau before enjoying a lovely dinner. The next morning we headed to Epernay for a fabulous champagne cellar tour at Moët and Chandon. It was perfect!"

"The property was beautiful and well kept. Our room was spacious and looked over vineyards. The dinner and breakfast were superb. Definitely a pricey accommodation but presented the value to justify the expense."

"We had booked two rooms and surprised to find we weren't in the main hotel but an apartment opposite. The rooms were lovely and it was great to have the place to ourselves. We had two apartments, each two bedrooms. Each apartment was well equipped and had very comfy beds, pillow and simply the most amazingly soft towels! There was a kitchenette, and the fridge had bottled water in it. It was a little noisy at night but it was the murmur of voices rather than music and it didn’t stop us from sleeping. The location is a nice square with bars and restaurants, only spoilt by the car park in the middle. But it was very convenient. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and explore the area more. Oh. Did I mention the hotel had a champagne bar!!"

"Great hotel in a superb position for the slopes. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The family room we stayed in was excellent with a large bed downstairs and 2 singles for the children on the mezzanine. My only negative would be €30 per night to park a car which was not freely accessible so needed to get staff to let you into the car park. All the staff we excellent. "
