"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...

"Beautiful orchard with many cows and apple trees. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with the hosts’ own products eg apple juice, jam, honey and hot milk. The hosts William and Dominique were lovely. I miss the stay in the farm."

"Clean and spacious. We stayed over for one night while travelling south. The reception team were kind and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming and we left the next day feeling there was more to come back and see."
