Amazing property
We stayed at the villa Kouri Vini for 5 wonderful days. Few words can describe the feeling of staying there due to the breathtaking views from the kitchen over the pool, garden and marina as well as the top-notch amenities provided to the guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with very modern furniture and amenities. Hammock and sun loungers are provided on the terrace, making it very difficult to leave such a wonderful place. The property is just 40 minutes away from the FDF airport, while several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. The amazing Plage des Salines is only 20 minutes away, while generally every other major destination can be easily reached due to the very good roads and the island being relatively small. Least but not last, the owners - Laurence and Eric: wonderful persons, extremely welcoming and friendly. While having a problem with my payment, Laurence communicated with Homeaway staff and solved the issue for me. At the same time, they were extremely nice and allowed us a free late check-out during the last day. Overall, we had an amazing holiday at Kouri Vini and we totally recommend it, the place is a piece of heaven :) We are looking forward to come back there as soon as possible. Awesome location!
We stayed at the villa Kouri Vini for a week, mixed weather - rain at beginning then glorious sunshine till the end. Breathtaking views from the open kitchen - enjoyed cooking and preparing cocktails there. Lovely layout of the villa and well kept garden. Showers were exceptional - like a spa. We loved the various loungers and the hammock for relaxing outside. We met Laurence and Eric on different occasions and they were very friendly, open and welcoming. Would have been 5 stars except swimming pool was not working for the last three days; dishwasher did not work all week; and not a very easy access to villa on damaged road. All in all a lovely holiday though and we are looking forward to returning again for another amazing time.

Séjour au verger de cedalise
Un petit carbet bien aménagé.l essentiel à l intérieur et à l extérieur le paradis…le verger est magnifique la piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir après excursions et plage. La vie quotidienne passée à l extérieur est un rêve pour les citadins.un grand merci à Laurence pour son accueil et l attention qu elle nous accorde.

Très bel endroit où se poser pour nos vacances
Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit. La cuisine à air ouverte, la piscine et la partie où nous dormions à l’air climatisé était vraiment bien. Bel accueil de notre hôte qui était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Endroit très propre et pour u de toutes les commodités. Nous avons adoré cuisiner dehors. Seul petit bémol, la route pour s’y rendre est assez accidentée et nous avons note qu’à quelques reprises des roches ont frottées sous le véhicule (une voiture standard). Mais avec le temps on s’y est habitué.

Belle location.
Photos conformes à la réalité. Calme, apaisant. Malgré la proximité des maisons on est dans l'intimité. Cuisine ouverte exterieur. Très beau jardin, avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers, les enfants ont beaucoup de place pour jouer. Tous les équipements que l'on peut avoir besoin sont mis à disposition, même un lave vaisselle pour les paresseux^^.. Il y a vraiment tout. Couchage: un grand lit . Un grand canapé lit et un clic clac. Bon après nous avons utilisé très peu de choses . Les sorties étaient de rigueur^^.. Dans la location c était plutôt ambiance chill au bord de la piscine. La piscine est equipée d'un systeme de sécurité que nous n avons pas utilisé. Le soir plusieurs éclairages dans lce beau grand jardin qui nous permets d en profiter même à la nuit tombée. De temps en temps nous avions la présence du chien de la propriétaire qui est vraiment gentil et non bruyant et obéissant. Proximité des belles plages du sud ,de la marina. Qui dit Nature dit être vivant dit petites bébêtes AhAh.. mais pas méchantes^^ Petit bémol pour la Wifi qui est aléatoire et la non possibilité de chauffer la piscine la nuit et le chemin d accès caillouteux et trou pour se rendre à la location. Concernant les propriétaires nous avons été en relation avec Laurence, totalement disponible, à l'écoute. Si vous avez un soucis n hésitez pas. En conclusion, pas déçu, je recommande cette location. Et avec plaisir j 'y retournerai. Merci à vous Laurence.

Superbes espaces extérieurs ! Location très bien placée pour rayonner dans le sud Martinique. Communication, arrivée et départ hyper simples et fluides. Bonus : la visite des chiens vraiment sympas !

Très bon séjour
Maison tout à fait conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Propriété au calme, très charmante. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais néanmoins disponibles en cas de besoin (pourquoi pas pour une visite du verger en cas de soleil). Un sans faute pour notre première visite au Marin.

Belle maison familiale
Maison style créole bien située pour ceux qui aiment visiter le sud et l’est de l’île où se trouvent les plages les plus belles et pratiques pour passer des bons moments en famille. Le jardin est MAGNIFIQUE et la piscine un vrai plus. Entouré d’arbres fruitiers et très proches de toutes commodités (carrefour, boulangerie, marche couvert, station d’essence, petits restau, etc.). Très bon séjour en famille avec un petit de 3 ans. Piscine sécurisée et grand espace de jardin pour les enfants. Un plus le barbecue. Très bon contact avec l’hôte :)
