"Travelling with children. Failed to respond to x4 messages sent to hotel prior to arrival, including request for a cot. Arrived at night time. No cot. 1.5 year old slept in bed with me and fell out out bed during the night. Told staff in the morning who didn't seem too bothered. Quite old, tatty ..."
