"Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future. "

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. Would not hesitate to recommend & hope to come back again."

"Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"
