Das Apartment liegt hervorragend in erster Reihe der Anlage. Ausblick von Balkon und vor allem der Dachterrasse traumhaft. Alles Notwendige für einen entspannten Urlaub ist im Apartment vorhanden. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Laetitia für die unkomplizierte und immer sehr freundliche Betreuung!

Nous avons vraiment aimé le mobilier très attrayant, l'ambiance personnelle et l'emplacement privilégié de cet appartement de vacances sur la Méditerranée. We had a great time at this cozy and fully equipped apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The residence is ideal for families with young children as it is a few meters from the beach and a kids pool and small playground. Internet is available but you need to pay for it (euro 15/25 per week depending is it's basic or full speed) and it is not always reliable. Laetitia was a great host and welcomed us and assisted with all our needs.

Cet appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances parfaites. Spacieux, bien équipé, avec une vue idyllique, en particulier de la seconde terrasse. C’est l’un des mieux placé de la résidence. Il est vrai que les places de parking sont extrêmement étroites, mais utilisables avec quelques manœuvres, même avec un monospace. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La plage est saturée l’après-midi, mais très abordable le matin, avec une eau azure proche de 30 degrés, le rêve. Parfait pour une semaine de farniente, nous gardons l’adresse !

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der Wohnung und der Umgebung verbracht. Die Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse ist wunderschön. Abends auf der Dachterrasse bei Meeresrauschen in den Sternenhimmel schauen sehr romantisch. Die Résidence ist äußerst gepflegt, conviviale, grün und liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Es gibt viele intelligente Lösungen für Stauraum, für uns drei war es super. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte weit entfernt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der wunderschönen Umgebung an der Küste und im Hinterland ist Pramousquier ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten. Für Fragen war unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort immer erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren nach Pramousquier in wechselnde Unterkünfte und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Von „abgewohnt“ kann keine Rede sein, die „Gerüche“ (leerer Siphon der Badewanne) waren verschwunden, nachdem alle Becken, Dusche und Wanne durchgespült wurden. Toller Blick direkt auf das Meer. Tolle Übergabe durch Letizia vor Ort. Gern wieder!

Abgewohnte Wohnung, übler Geruch (unklar woher), Parkplatz viel zu klein und für normale Autos schlicht unbrauchbar. Wohnung ist so eng, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Das Gepäck muss mindestens 100 m und über unzählige Treppen getragen werden.

Es war sehr schön, traumhaft schöner Aussicht vom Ballkon und auch von der Terasse. Kleine aber feine Küche. Viel Platz für Sport Aktivitäten, die Wohnung war sauber ! Wir würden die Wohnung auf jendenfall weiter empfehlen.😊👍🏼 Nur eins hat mich gestört und zwar am Strad das man für auf die Toilette immer angezogen und den Schlüssel im Restaurant holen musste. Nur eine Toilette! Schade.🙁

Das modern eingerichtete Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle usw. Besonders zu erwähnen sind Balkon und Dachterrasse, wo es einen tollen Blick auf das Meer gibt. 14 Tage haben uns einen sehr entspannten Urlaub bereitet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schönes kleines Appartement am Meer. Alles da, ganz neu und gepflegt. Sogar die Pfannen sind gut, das ist bei Ferienwohnungen selten! Sehr schöne kleine Bucht für einen ruhigen Urlaub.

Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, neuwertig, alles super in Schuss. Viele liebevolle Details, alles gut durchdacht. Zudem sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie einem Ehepaar, das vor Ort die Übergabe regelt. Garagenparkplatz inklusive, 50m zu Fuß an den Strand, keine Straße, kein Verkehrslärm. Juni ist eine super Reisezeit, nicht zu voll, nicht zu teuer, nicht zu heiß. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour (du 31/08 au 14/09/2013) dans cette jolie location idéalement située en front de mer et au milieu d'un jardin exotique. L'appartement duplex se trouve au 2nd et dernier étage d'une trés jolie résidence, l'ensemble est trés soigné et décoré avec goût.

I spent with my family a short period in this apartment and everything was more than perfect!! The apartment is very clean and fully equipped - it is actually cosy too, each detail is charmingly cured by the owner. An other important value is the location: just first line in front of the sea... from the two terraces you can have a superb view of the beach. I will definitely come again!
