Apartment for 4 people waterfront in Le Lavandou Pierre et Vacances

Located between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, Pramousquier beach, known as ‘la mystérieuse’ in the commune of Le Lavandou, is one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in the region. It is seldom visited as it is not very visible, guaranteeing authentic, wild and preserved flora and fauna in a green setting.
The beach is fully equipped (showers, mattress hire, pedalos, restaurants, WCs, etc.) so you can make the most of your holiday.

The flat is located in the ‘Pierre et Vacances’ waterfront residence, a very pleasant 3-room flat of around 35 m² + 6 m² terrace with sea view, 50 metres from Pramousquier beach, with a private parking space.

Features: entrance hallway with cupboards, sleeping area with bunk beds, bedroom with double bed, separate WC, bathroom, living room with dining area, sitting area, fitted kitchen area.
All the comforts for your holiday: dishwasher, fridge, 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, ironing facilities.
Laundry facilities available in the residence for a fee.

Residence with direct access to the beach, set in a 1.5-hectare park with exotic, unspoilt vegetation, right on the water in Pramousquier, in the commune of Le Lavandou.
For children: a pool from April to October, a play area and a reception area.
L'anse de Pramousquier also has a volleyball court, petanque area and table tennis.
In Pramousquier, from April to October, you'll find: a small mini-market, 2 pizzerias and 3 beach restaurants open for lunch and dinner. A cycle path along the coast... Unforgettable walks.

Cavalière amenities: 2 mini-markets, post office, town hall annex, tourist information point, local police, cash dispenser, launderette, 2 hairdressers, beach articles, souvenirs, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, petanque courts, free parking.
Take advantage of the VARLIB service between Toulon and St Tropez (single fare of €3).
Every Monday from June to September: large Provencal market. Every Wednesday evening: artisans' night market.

The price does not include linen hire, towels (price on request depending on requirements), Internet and WIFI (4G key on request).

Bel emplacement et superbe terrasse

La vue de la terrasse côté mer et montagne. Très nature. Exposition parfaite en été car toujours à l'abri du soleil. Un petit tabouret pliant pour atteindre la vaisselle placée en hauteur.
