They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. I would definitely stay at the Alpina Eclectic again. "

"Hotel Lyret is right on the river, with balconies that have a river and Mountain View. It is a short walk from the bus stop and close to all of the dining and shopping in Chamonix. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, and speak several languages. The receptionist made reservations for us at multiple restaurants throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and had lots of delicious food options. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with great water temperature and pressure. The reception also had great hiking recommendations for us and buying the tickets for to the train to the glacier was easy and very convenient. We will be back to Hotel Lyret in the future! "

"It was great! The vibe, the decor, areas within the property. Breakfast a must have. The minus is the shower, small, very small, but not enough to change my opinion that is a place to stay."
