"An amazing 2 night stay. Paulo and Michael were so helpful. They meet you at the train station, walk with you to the office, ask you what you plan to do/see while you are there. Help you plan, or in my case be more realistic about my plans but still get the most out of the Cinque Terre. You can buy discounted trail and train tickets from them. Coffee, water, Juice and snacks in the room. Our room did not face the sea (as I booked it) but overlooking a cute stairway/alley. I’m spoiled by my bed at home but the bed was firmer than I prefer but not going to knock them for that. Customer Service was top notch."

"This is not a 5 stars hotel . I found the hotel looking for a hotel In Forte dei Marmi. The hotel is really far from Forte and the area has nothing to do with Forte dei Marmi Portovenere is only one block with nothing to do for tourists The hotel is old , and is a 3 stars hotel With help is a 4 stars"
