"L'Émeraude" is ideally located in a quiet residence in the heart of Le Grau du Roi, perfect for seaside lovers. Just a short walk from the Rive Droite beach, in a highly sought-after area, you’ll enjoy tranquility while being close to all amenities.

This studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence and consists of an entrance, a charming open kitchen leading to the living area, and a living room corner with a TV. The separate sleeping area includes a 140 cm double bed for 2 people, and a convertible sofa in the living area to accommodate an additional guest.

The bathroom features a shower and a WC. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare meals.

The bonus: a private, shaded terrace, facing North-West, with garden table and chairs for your peaceful morning breakfasts. You’ll enjoy the calm and comfort of this modern space.

Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged:

€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Bon séjour

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et confortable, proche de la mer et du centre. Du rez de chaussée pas de vue sur mer (mais sur le parking, les WC et le toboggan aquatique)
