Appartement idéalement situé dans la marina et à côté de la plage. Dommage que l appartement ne soit pas entretenu( plomberie limite vétuste) , literie inconfortable....c'est très limite de proposer une telle location à ce prix là au mois d août.

Une situation idéale

Un très joli appartement donnant sur le paysage apaisant de la darse seulement troublée par le ballet des bateaux. Idéalement situé face au centre commercial et surtout à la plage. Notre séjour a été un rêve !!! Un petit bémol : l’équipement ménager est vraiment minimum. Si vous voulez faire cuire des pâtes ou des haricots verts pensez à vous munir d’une gamelle.

Un appartement très bien localisé avec parking privé. La terrasse était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la marina. Le mobilier est quelque peu vétuste, par exemple, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le rideau de la baie vitrée qui était coincé et cassé à pas mal d’endroit. L’équipement était telle qu’annoncé. Nous avons néanmoins passé un séjour très agréable. Je remercie Madame Perrera pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité !!! Nous y retournerons mais pas dans le même appartement !!!

marina un peu viellotte mais très bien située

Logement équipé avec du mobilier et du matériel ancien. Cependant bien orienté ( à l'ombre à partir de 13 heures) et à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces (moins de 5 minutes)

ATTEENTION FUYEZ

Ce logement est sale et vetuste les propriraires ne veulent pas investir nous avons récupéré ce logement sale j ai passé 2h30 pour le nettoyer et le désinfecter surtout que nous sommes en periode de COVID 19 c est une honte ols devrait y avoir des controles nous avons tous tres mal dormis toute la literie est a changer mes enfants ont dormis sur des petits matelas sur des planches en bois mes beaux parents de 70 ans ont eu des mals de dos les lustres ne tiennent pas la haute de la cuisine est sale et infestée de poussieres bref je vous passe les details nous avons du ecourter notre sejours car ne pouvions plus le supporter avec le prix qu on a payé pour ca merci les vacances j ai passé mon temps a nettoyer pour ne pas prendre le risque d attraper quelque chose
