The flat: lovely view of the surrounding gardens - Behind the pine forest, 650 m from access n° X to the Plage du Boucanet, 600 m from the shops and 1.5 km from Le Grau du Roi town centre. Type 2 with bedroom and cabin and mezzanine, for 4 people, comfortable, new kitchen (equipped kitchen, bathroom, chosen decoration).
Located on the 3rd floor out of 3, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 3 people, for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot.
*Dogs allowed on request (€30 supplement).

The living room opens onto a bay window where you can enjoy meals with family and friends on the terrace. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte (monkfish stew), La Rouille Graulène which is different from the rouille of Sète, and meat: La Gardiane de Taureau, wood-fired grills...
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (2 ceramic hobs, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping facilities: 1 bedroom and 1 cabin
Bedroom 1: with 140cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 25 euros for 2 people for 1 bed*.
Bedroom 2: cabin with 2 80cm beds, 65x65 square pillows, duvet.

Location: 400m from the beach and 600m from shops and restaurants. This flat is located on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage du Boucanet and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real must for lovers of peace and quiet in green spaces.
