##The flat : offers a beautiful space for 4 people with a balcony - Town Hall area, 300 m from the beach and the centre of Le Grau du Roi. Type 3 with air conditioning and fan, 2 bedrooms and sofa, for 4/6 people, comfortable. (Well-equipped kitchen: gas hob, dishwasher, new shower room).
Located on the 1st floor with ** possibility of renting 2 identical flats one above the other ** (Domino 1), without lift, in a closed residence, it sleeps 2, for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence and/or in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. *No pets allowed* * Pre-registered deposit with registration fee of 9.93 euros for a deposit of 500 euros*.

Living room :
The living room opens onto 1 large bay window where you can share good meals with family and friends on the balcony. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise and meat: La Gardiane de Taureau, Grillades au feu de bois...Take time to discover the surrounding vineyards with the vin des sables and the Pics St Loup!
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 6/8 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping facilities: 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1: with 1 x 160cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people for 1 bed*.
Bedroom 2: with 1 140cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet.

##Location: 300m from the beach and 400m from shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, pharmacy, delicatessen, bakery, mini-market, post office, tobacconist and the local market in season. This flat is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing on the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be training and preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue, right in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: the emblematic home of yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage du Boucanet and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real must for lovers of peace and quiet in green spaces.
