"The house was advertised as four bathrooms but in reality had only one proper shower. The 'en suite' had no toilet. Two out of the four rings on the cooker hob did not work. There were no house instructions and VRBO description did not specify additional charge for bedding and towels. Could not work any of the TVs. Lovely garden though and plenty of recliners. Peaceful location apart from building work next door."

"Loved to have the option of the beach and pool.The local area is with in walking distance and local markets are a must to visit. lots of amenities on the door step to break the holiday up including go ape type activities and mini golf. Slight confusion why bedding is not charged as part of the overall cost and not mentioned on the VRBO website. "Property we booked was not a single property as we thought we had booked. Had another family with a very small baby in the other half of the property which was not as we had expected. Garden not available due to unfinished building work. Bathrooms generally not finished. Owner did provide an alternative property for the remainder of our stay which was ok."

"Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. "This modern five bedroom house in a quiet and gated community towards the edge of town was absolutely ideal for our needs. Dog friendly and secure back garden, with lovely walks on the door step through the dunes or around the small lake and just a fifteen minute walk to the town center with all it bars, restaurants, cafes and wide variety of shops. Louis, the owner, was extremely helpful and came to the house to see that everything was OK for us. We would happily return to this house. "

"La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et est parfaitement équipée. La literie est d’excellente qualité et la situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir la charmante station du Treport. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis (4 couples) et avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de la propriétaire (bouteille de champagne et petites bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres). Je recommande vivement cette location et envisage d’y retourner prochainement."

"Nous avons débarqué à 11 dans cette incroyable villa (jardin, terrasse, jacuzzi couvert) avec vue sur mer, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. "La maison est très bien située dans un quartier très calme et la plage se trouve à 500 mètres. Elle est très bien équipée et très propre. Je recommande cette location sans aucun soucis"

"Lovely house, well looked after and great communication before, during and after our stay including all the information about facilities in the area we could possibly want. Perfect placed for cycling for all ages. There were no bikes in the garage as per description but the recommended bike hire was excellent with bikes for ages 1 -71! The house is lovely, very well heated with plenty of room for all 12 of us and space in the garage when the children got too loud!"

"This is a good enough rental but with some touches could be so much better. The biggest problem we had were the stairs to the bedroom, and if you have to use the bathroom you will be using them to descend from the loft beds. They are very narrow very steep and the bannister has come loose. This is a real safety problem and impossible for many people Throughout our stay my wife kept saying well this is how French rentals are. So you understand there was no toilet paper no paper towels no shampoo...

"Character of property enhanced by decorative touches. Difficult stairs leading from entrance hall especially with cases. It was very hot at night, a fan would have been appreciated as a heatwave was forecast. Access to the host was very easy as she was in her shop below on most days."
