All bedrooms have doors to balconies. The terrace has awesome views over the lake. The only watch-out for some might be it’s a long and steep walk to Talloires - expect to use your car a lot unless you’re a keen cyclist."

"Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. "The Propoerty was large and accomodating but two shower / bath rooms need modinisation and flaking and damp plaster needs tiling. I felt I paid too much for the quality of two of the shower rooms which were not fit for purpose at this cost (€4k). A small refund would be appreciated."
