"I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. "The hotel was perfectly placed in the town for bars and restaurants. The apartment was fine for two adults and was well equipped. View from the balcony was great looking out over the mountains , the staff were very helpful. Will be coming back again."
