"The airport shuttle was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and willing to answer all our questions. The city train/bus/ferry pass helped cut down on travel costs and made it easy to get around the area. The view from hotel window, pool and patio was beautiful and the pool was warm and spacious. Breakfast was very good. A/c worked very well and we were there during a heat wave. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised once again by Denis that he wanted to show us our new room to be sure it is what we want and he offered to transfer all of our luggage to the new room even we were on a rush to catch our first city tour. Breakfast buffet was great with cold and hot items and various selections. Congratulations to Denis and entire staff for providing superb and awesome service. I hope management recognizes the entire staff for providing such an excellent service with smile. Thank you so much."

"This hotel has four different buildings. The one we stayed in required climbing 39 steps to get to the entrance; the others were much more accessible. Luckily, the hotel staff was most helpful and accommodating in carrying our suitcases to the room. The location is exquisite: opposite Lake Geneva and the well-maintained walking/running/biking path beside it, on the edge of a shopping /dining district in Lausanne. The rail shuttle to the main Lausanne train station runs every 3-7 minutes and is two blocks from the hotel parking lot. The hotel’s buffet breakfast is expensive. If a patisserie would suit your needs, there is an exquisite one a block away."
