"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "For a 3* hotel this was perfect, room was big enough for a family of 4 if your kids are young enough for bung beds. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. I’ve stayed in 4* hotels worse than this place. Would highly recommend for a stay over or short stay. "

"The hotel is fantastic, close to the metro for getting around. However they have a passive cooling system that doesn’t work that well during a heatwave. We happen to visit during the heat wave and it wasn’t the most comfortable. That seems to be the case with most places in Switzerland. Thank God the staff gave us a fan otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all."
