Detached renovated barn located in a hamlet. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, utility room (washing machine, dryer, freezer), WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, WC, shower room) (2 single beds). Upstairs: mezzanine (relaxation area), shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each. Wi-Fi. 2000 m² landscaped garden with a 240 m² enclosed area (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, garden shed, private above-ground swimming pool (diameter: 5.5m) open from 01/06 to 30/09). Indian Forest leisure park in Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits, 7 km away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charge:
Oil heating: €10/day (payable to the owner).

Les lieux sont encore plus beaux en vrai que sur les photos. Le gîte est d'un volume impressionnant, super bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont été adorables concédant une arrivée un peu plus tardive en cette journée exceptionnelle de Noël. Un séjour en famille où chacun parvient à trouver des espaces pour se poser ou au contraire être ensemble. Après 6 années sans vacances cette semaine nous a apporté tout ce que nous attendions : du calme, du confort, de l'espace... A recommander !!!
