"I’m going to be completely honest. Their professionalism and the way they handled the check in was not the best. We were supposed to check in at 1 pm and then last minute after not being able to reach them it was changed to 2 pm. They said they sent emails about the check in changing time, and also they ask for a deposit and they don’t use your card like any normal place off the website. The pictures look so much better than what property actually looks like, it’s run down and it was not...

"Fantastically updated top floor apartment with three fabulous balconies that have beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location. Grocery and park across the street, and easy walk to the beach and train. We hope to return again! Thank you Bernard!"

"Start with the good; Clean. Great armoire for clothes. A/C was very important in July and it worked very well. Location is truly excellent, right where you want to be. Nice quiet street with friendly people walking around. Bed and beddings very comfortable and cool and I slept very well. Not good: Very heavy door leading into the building. Be aware if you are older or do not have muscle tone. Stairs only leading up to first floor apartment. No bidet in bathroom. Iron bars on the apartment...
