"Located around 25 minutes north of the town centre, this is a clean, well-maintained hotel with easy access to the motorway. We stayed in two ground-floor rooms (3 and 4), which were comfortable and well-equipped. The shutters provided excellent blackout conditions for a great night's sleep, and the air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot weather. The beds were comfortable and linen very soft. While dining options in the immediate area are limited, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance in the town centre. We found the walk pleasant and felt very safe throughout our stay. The hotel also offers secure parking, which cost £6 overnight and provided good peace of mind. The bar area was welcoming, and our children particularly enjoyed spending time on the pool table. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return if we're visiting the area again."
