Private parking. Shops are approximately 950 meters away and the beach is approximately 1.5 km away.
The villa has a terrace overlooking the residence's pathways. Private storage space for bicycles, beach equipment, and more.
The location of this villa is ideal for a pleasant vacation with family or friends.

Bonjour

nous avons été désagréablement surpris en arrivant dans le logement les frigos n'avaient pas étés remis en marche nous avions fait les courses avant d'arriver les frigos étaient plein d'eau, il nous a fallu nettoyer aussi il y avait des poils dans le fond et dans la partie congélateur du grand frigo l'interrupteur du ventilateur plafond scotché a la sauvage et des fils dénudés la prise de la chambre lits superposés qui sortait du mur le ventilateur qui tombe sur nous ,il ne tenait pas debout le ventilateur plafond de la chambre prêt à tomber la vaisselle sale, les couverts cassés, plein de crasse, aucun verre identique et ébréchés la description sur le site est fausse et enjolivée déception totale

Descriptif de la location peu conforme à la réalité. Le bien a mal vieilli et manque de confort

Manque de propreté. Équipement disparate et mal entretenu. Douche rudimentaire sans même un mitigeur. Chambre du bas exiguë avec un lit en 120 et non 140 car il s’agit en fait d’un clic clac ouvert avec 2 matelas inconfortables. À l’étage pas de volet pour les ouvertures et donc réveil très matinal avec le jour qui rentre. Dehors pas de réelle séparation avec la maison voisine : proximité très gênante.
