The Les Argonautes residence offers you one of the most enjoyable environments in the Grande Plage district: Private parking, elevator, swimming pool access in season, immediate proximity to the beach with direct access and the shops of Place du Tertre 100m away. POOL ACCESS DEPENDS ON PREFECTORAL AUTHORIZATIONS, NOT GUARANTEED IF DROUGHT.

On the 3rd floor facing SOUTH, 3-room apartment (approximately 50m²), consisting of a living room with TV, equipped kitchen area: hotplates, oven, fridge freezer. A bedroom with a 140cm bed for 2 people. A second bedroom with 2 90cm beds (sleeps 2 people). A completely renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate WC. Magnificent sea view terrace equipped with 10m² (garden furniture + awning). Accommodation equipped for 4 people maximum. Linens and sheets not provided. End of stay cleaning not included, service extra.
