You'll appreciate the residence for its tranquility by the pond, its large swimming pool, and its proximity to the sea, less than 1 km away.
This one-bedroom apartment with a cabin offers a living room (one sofa bed), a TV, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (one double bed), a bedroom with a cabin (two single bunk beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open loggia overlooking the pool. Private and secure parking is available, and the residence has a caretaker.
Equipment: Vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, iron, washing machine, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV, and fan.
