"This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing."

"Last week I stayed at this hotel, and this was my second stay. I had a conference in another place (Szczyrk), and after the conference I stayed here for flight connection. "Nice newer hotel close to Ashwitz. You can’t really walk to Ashwitz, but you can take a 10 minute taxi ride for under ten euros. Breakfast was excellent and the burger and fries for dinner was delicious and huge! Bar staff were very nice. I strongly recommend this hotel."
