Nice apartment with community pool, garden & 2 balconies

You live in an exclusive apartment (for four people) with air conditioning, consisting of 3 rooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a second large balcony.

The living-dining area leads to the terrace (south side) with an open fireplace, garden furniture and the small garden. From here you can enjoy the view of the wonderful vineyards and can enjoy the sun until the end.

There is a pool inside the residence that can be used free of charge in high season.

Excl. Furnishing. Air conditioning, 1 living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed, small living room with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and. Bidet.

The house has good transport links to Verona (airport) and Venice.

Ideal für kleine Familien, die die Ruhe mögen im Urlaub. Leider keine großen Spielmöglichkeiten für diw Kleinen, aber ein großer Pool!

Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, gut eingerichtet und sauber.

Zu bemängeln sind nur das fehlende Internet/WLAN, die etwas gewöhnungsbedurftige Dusche ohne Handbrause, die zudem schlecht ablief, und der Fernseher, welcher nur italienische Programme zeigte.

Tutto ok per l' appartamento, pulito, giusto per 2/4 persone, da godere appieno nei periodi primaverili estivi, parcheggio riservato, oppure fuori, fare attenzione alle limitazioni del equipaggiamento.

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Pool, nette Leute. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine sind das „Bonbon“! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

The text on Expedia isn't right. -There's not 2 bedroom, only one and the very small livingroom was made to bed for two by the sofa, not comfortable at all if your weight is over 60 kg. -Only info at notes in German, we don't speak, and the owner ( doesn't speak English) knew that. Should the garbage put in different bins? - No wifi, that we knew. -Pay 50 euro extra for sheets and towels. No info about that at Expedia. - No incheck or outcheckinstruction by mail. But phonecontact with the housekeeper. No incheck at all, with all the persons. - Very hard to understand how to find the parkingplace and how to open that gate. - The pool is about 300 metres away and also very hard to find. Big and with a guard and free shairs. - Is located in Cola: fine grocerystore and good food. - Very nice flat one stairs up.

Kleine aber feine Wohnung

Alles in Allem hatten wir nichts zu meckern. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Platz für 4 Personen war vorhanden, auch wenn die Ausziehcouch nicht mit einem Bett zu vergleichen ist. Den Kids hat es nichts ausgemacht. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage war bei den Temperaturen Gold wert. Die Poolanlage war fantastisch und wurde immer von einem Bademeister betreut. Wenn man einen kleinen Nachteil finden möchte, dann evtl. dass man mobil sein muss um Besorgungen zu machen oder zum See kommen möchte. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war klasse und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Sehr gute und ruhige Ferienanlage inmitten von Weinreben

Alles super. Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnng für 4 Personen. Komplett ausgestattet und klimatisiert. 2 Balkone und kleiner Garten mit Gartenmöbeln zum sonnenbaden. Gute Grillmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe wie Bäcker und Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einladender Pool (kostenlos) ausgestattet mit ausreichend Sonnenschirmen und Sonnenliegen. In dem idyllischen Ort Colá gibt es einige gute Speiserestaurants.

Ferien die man sich wünscht

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super alles war vorhanden und es war überall sehr sauber, genauso wie beschrieben. Die Eigentümer haben wirklich etwas Außergewöhnliches geschaffen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es wirklich viele, es wird einem nie langweilig, der Urlaub war leider viel zu kurz. Und wenn man einfach nur die Ruhe genießen will, ist man hier ebenso gut aufgehoben. Die beiden Balkone und der kleine Garten lassen einem jeden Tag und um zu jeder Zeit die Sonne genießen, einfach Traumhaft, wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.
