"Mom traveling with 4yr old toddler to help move in 1st year college student at Howard University. The stay was amazing, comfortable, clean, convenient location, I felt safe to walk at night with a baby, plenty of food options, wonderful views, luxurious amenities, smooth & convenient check-in, super chill vibes. This is a wonderful place for families, but also perfect for an event or a romantic staycation. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgable, and they were super sweet to my toddler making her feel seen by offering her a toy. In a world where people usually treat kids as an inconvenience or just as if they're invisible- I really appreciated the super sweet interaction. After my stay the hotel manager reached out to me personally. Top tier customer service from start to finish. I. will be returning to stay here again next month."

"The hotel was good, the number of elevator was not enough. We spend a lot of time waiting for it to come. The breakfast was ok, waffle are only on weekend, not week day. During the week day you get silverware and the weekend, plasticware. That said, it is clean, the room was great, and people were nice ( the person at the counter forgot to give us the breakfast tickets, but it was quickly fix the next morning)."
