"Communication was excellent. Property access was easy. House was neat and spacious. We went with our older Girl Scouts (17&18 yrs) who liked the pool table and pop-a-shot basketball game. Back yard fire pit was fun. The area had good activities for the girls: Bushkill Falls, rafting the DE water gap, Snake and Animal Farm. "The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred."
