The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!

A real gem

An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential.

If you play golf, this is the place to go. Hotel restaurant is closed many nights. Bar is open limited hours. Staff is somewhat indifferent. Hotel is old and noisy. Cleaning staff push their carts across tile floors making a big racket. Door from our room to the pool was locked and the key was nowhere to be found. On the other hand, Argés which is a town just to the north has several dining options. Driving is a must. Stay here only if the price is right or other options in Toledo are sold out.

Not as described on hotels.com restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays and pool not open til 1st June. Hotel seems to caters for coach loads that arrive after evening meal time. Bar not open and breakfast served from 7, then they load onto coach and go. Not a good option for sungle woman o. Business working from 6am and not wanting to leave hotel for dinner. Full refund given by Expedia, but very disappointed in the description - would not have booked if I had known the actual details.

Nos alojamos dos noches entre semana y resulta que el bar/cafetería estaba cerrado. No entiendo como en un hotel no dan ese servicio. Para tomarte una cerveza tenías que cogerla de una máquina expendedora… tampoco daban servicio de cenas, por lo que tienes que coger el coche e irte a algún pueblo a cenar. Por lo demás la habitación estaba bien.

Nos hemos alojado 2 noches, todo genial, limpieza de 10, camas muy cómodas, la atención del personal fantástica. Aparcamiento sin problema. Piscina, ideal para darte un buen chapuzón. Por poner algún pero, no hay secador de pelo (yo siempre viajo con el mío) y el armario es pequeño si te vas a alojar durante más días.

Soggiornato come base per visitare Toledo distante circa 15 minuti in auto. Comodo, ottima pulizia ed ampia scelta della colazione sia per il salato che per il dolce. A disposizione la piscina ed il parcheggio.

Ideal para ir en coche a Toledo.

El hotel esta bien ubicado para ir en coche, entorno muy tranquilo en medio de una zona rural, faltaria un hervidor y el aire acondicionado no estaba habilitado por lo que ofreceria ventiladores , Desayuno muy bueno, Parking gratis. Cama comoda.

Un hotel y personal de 10!

Espectacular el hotel y la persona de recepción. Me encantaría acordarme de su nombre (creo que María), porque fue maravillosa. Nos recomendó muchos sitios para comer y ver y nos trató fenomenal. Además nos hicieron el super regalazo de ponernos en una habitación de mayor gama de lo que habíamos pagado, porque estaba libre! MIL GRACIAS! La habitación era preciosa, comodisima, bonita y balcón enorme con vistas al campo de golf. Y el bufet riquísimo. Mucha variedad, los camareros muy agradables, atentos, divertidos. Un gustazo de desayuno y de lugar. En definitiva, hemos estado muchísimo mejor de lo que esperábamos. Totalmente recomendable! Muchas gracias!!

Habitación con cama muy grande y cómoda. Baño muy grande y completo con ducha y bañera. Con terraza muy amplia. Desayuno muy completo. Personal recepción y desayuno muy agradable. La única pega, hotel no está señalizado. Necesita un letrero en la rotonda indicando la calle entrada al hotel ya que está paralela a la carretera.como vía de servicio. Y si sigues por la carretera lo ves a tu derecha . Y al no indicarlo sigues por la carretera y hasta 4 km más adelante no puedes dar la vuelta. Y a las 23 h 30 después del espectáculo de PUY DU FOU, estás muy perdido y además cansado . Y también antes de llegar a la rotonda hay un cartel que te pone zona de golf y hoteles, y te diriges hacia allí y luego te das cuenta que no es ahí y vuelves hacia atrás. O sea por falta de indicación es una odisea llegar al hotel. Por el resto todo perfecto.
