I am born and raised here in Kentucky and live in the area so if should you need anything please reach out.

The home is on Main Street in town so there is some noise from the road and the train the travels throughout Lawrenceburg (ear plugs and noise machines are provided). This also makes us close to the downtown shops and centrally located to the distilleries.

Please note Lawrenceburg is not a huge city and Ubers and Lyfts are frequently not available. Please make arrangement for a rental or a taxi if needed.

We enjoyed our stay! There were a lot of thoughtful touches throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very soft and fluffy. Good location for the bourbon trail and day trips to Berea, the Ark Encounter and Lexington.

A perfect centralized location for bourbon, Keeneland and horse farms. The home is nicely appointed, very clean and perfect for our group of 6, plus dog. We would like to return someday!

One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Owner thought of everything…coffee, tea, snacks. Loved the Kentucky charm hinted throughout the house. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a nice place and a good location. The host was very nice and responsive when needs arose. A few little amenities would’ve made this stay 5 stars.

My family and I are so happy we found this little house! It was a perfect location to be able to hit all the big distilleries on the bourbon trail. The house was clean and the owner was very easy to contact if needed. The only downside was a loud train that would pass right by the house 2-3 times a night. The owner provided complimentary ear plugs and sound machines which definitely helped!

Had a great time staying in your house. The location was wonderful. We went to several of the close distilleries. Buffalo Trace was close we went 2 straight days for the allocated bourbons and a tour. Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, were just a few of the distilleries we visited. And the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dogs. The train noise didn’t bother us at all.

We feel very lucky to have found such a beautiful home to spend our vacation on the Bourbon Trail with our two dogs. The house was in the perfect location for our day trips to tour the distillaries and then had excellent restaurants nearby, a big park with a walking trail, and the backyard to just "kick back" and enjoy the evenings. The house provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely come back again on our next trip down from Iowa.

Gorgeous home central to all of our Bourbon Trail Experiences. Beautifully decorated and had all the touches of ‘at home’ stay. We had a slight issue at checkin with the cleaning service- but the host was super fast to respond and very accommodating. The house is very close to train tracks- which can be very loud. But it didn’t bother us. My pregnant daughter slept in the upstairs bedroom and said she had the most comfortable sleep of her life! Overall if was a great stay!

Nice house, love the touches in it. Is on a busy street by the railroad tracks but we really didn't notice the train that much. Beds are super comfey and kitchen well equipped. Grill needs some help! We were going to grill out one night but is was not clean and little gas in the tank. Not a big deal though.

This is a very welcoming home which has been updated with comfortable period furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Beds (3) were Serta and bath linens were very nice. Parking was off street to the side of the house and could accommodate at least 3 vehicles. Back yard had a fire pit and table and chairs which we enjoyed one evening. Communication was accurate and timely and owners promptly addressed any questions and had us organized for our stay in good order. Only caveat to our stay was location. Yes, there is a train crossing nearby which may have a number of passings in the night, with the train letting you know of course. Not such a big thing for us. However, we were also surprised with the amount of car / truck traffic out front. Starts early in the morning and continued well into the evening. If not for this, the house would get a solid 10.

We had a wonderful visit to Lawrenceburg. As was mentioned in the description, there is a train that makes routine runs throughout the day, and some at night, but we were adequately prepared for that. We did have an appliance issue during our stay, but Patricia was responsive to our need. Thank you for hosting, and we enjoyed our stay!

This home is well appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The bed was comfortable as was the other furniture. The only thing to point out is the home is located on a busy street with train tracks very close by. Overall a great stay.
