"The hotel was just what we wanted, a hotel in a very small and cute town. Hotel is not luxurious, but it's very serviceable/comfortable. The picture of the water is misleading, as there is no river near the town."

We also liked the size of the castle with plenty of stylish old rooms, and we were lucky that the weather was very good, so we had breakfast and dinner on the swimming pool with a fantastic vue! And it's a splendid region for cycling, certainly for heavy trips!"

The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "
