Een storting moest als waarborg ontvangen worden alvorens de code van de deur werd gegeven. Niemand aanwezig om onthaal te doen. We moesten alles zelf uitzoeken. Bijgevolg 24h zonder verwarming gezeten in 9°C. Zonder onthaal was er ook geen inzage op de meterstanden om het verbruik te controleren aangezien deze achter gesloten deuren zaten. "The reception area was convenient and the check in process was easy. The gentleman escorted me to the room and explained which doors would be available during evening hours. He also gave a brief explanation of how everything in the room worked (lights, air conditioning) and pointed out the refrigerator as well as the coffee maker and condiments. The touch of leaving a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator for us was very much appreciated. "
