"All’arrivo in hotel ho dovuto fare due scalinate con passeggino e bambino senza che nessuno aiutasse o quanto meno indicasse una via più idonea. Struttura priva di ascensore. Camera con tavoletta del wc tutta scassata, doccia con la tenda, letto senza testiera, ragnatele sotto il tavolo, phon imbarazzante degli anni 70 e vetro della finestra rotto e non segnalato.
