"Pros! If you are looking for a hotel with everything within walking distance. This is the hotel. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. Joana checked us in, she was the absolute best! I will be staying here again! Every staff member I encountered was a treasure! Cons! The breakfast was not the best. Someone put lemon pepper on the potatoes. The mix fruits looked as it they were frozen then thawed. I asked for a late check out. When we came back to the room before 1030am, the shower curtain was taken down, the bed was already striped and cloth that we left on the bed were moved to the desk. I called the front desk and the issue was resolved instantly. Overall, the stay was still exceptional! "

"Great location and friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Only negative was that the reading light built into the bed would not go off unless I held it down and the outlet on the nightstand didn’t work. I’m sure they’ll take care of it. Things wear out."
