"I love this hotel. AMAZING and customer service knocks it out of the park. We came here after leaving a really bad hotel early, coming from Ocean City, Maryland and we were greeted with professionalism, hospitality, and kindness. Not to mention it was super clean. This hotel speaks for itself with location because we were only a block away from the national mall. we went every day as it was less that a 5-minute walk. I Truly can't get over how great the hospitality was at this hotel was though. The staff was so professional. They are the epitome of what amazing service and hospitality stands for. They set the example. It was so refreshing after coming from a bad hotel in Ocean City. I cannot thank you enough!!! "
