"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment."

"We had a great stay. The jacuzzi is worth it. Great views, great flow. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and spices in the pantry which was awesome. We were a family of 10, 5 adults, 5 kids age 8-12. We all fit comfortably and the kids had a blast on the tereace. Great access to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lautenbrunnen. "The place suits our group of 7. The only concern was it was close school, and the bell keeps ringing every 15 minutes. Half of our group is light sleeper, and they can't get their sleep. We appreciate the information about not buying bottled water and we can refill our tumbler daily at home."

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows.
