"La casa cumplía todo lo que apetecía en la descripción y Miguel fue muy amable y puntual pero la casa tenía muchas deficiencias, olía mal un baño estaba atascado, los armarios no eran funcionales y las ventanas no cerraban correctamente. "Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf (Santa Maria de Geraz de Lima) zwischen Viana do Castelo und Ponte de Lima. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich auch ein Café mit frischen Backwaren. Der Dorfmetzger ist ca. 800m entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, die auf zwei Etagen liegen. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet (Gasherd). Im Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist, gibt es einen gemauerten Holzkohlegrill und einen umzäunten Pool. Der Standort...

"Property appeared excellent and spacious on site, and was just as advertised. Pool wonderful. Owner and local contacts friendly and welcoming. Property location very convenient - on map it looks close to main roads, but in fact the location is peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay here."

"Everything was perfect for our over 60's group. Comfortable beds, lots of outside space, heated pool and all bedrooms en-suite. Isabel left such a lot of fruit, bread, coffee milk fruit juice that we had breakfast for a few days. The local station for access to Porto is a short walk. And we recommend Dolores restaurant for excellent food very reasonably priced. "
