Walk to the Gorge, it is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Launceston, it is warm and cosy and so quiet being on an internal block. You can shop and relax around the city, chill out at the Princes Square across the street, take a walk through the Gorge, down to the Seaport, your choices are endless. There is a King bed in both bedrooms to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living room is upstairs and it light and airy with access onto the balcony from the main bedroom and the living room. You can sit out and enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the balcony or a read in the sun. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with its own ensuite and WIR plus access to the rear private outdoor area with a BBQ and some relaxing outdoor furniture. This townhouse is ideal for locum doctors working at the local hospitals or surgeries as you can walk to these from here. The property is very private and you have internal access to the remote garage. The complex is kept secure behind a remote roller door that leads into the main carpark for the complex.
