"The hotel and the room were very clean and quiet. The only hiccup was our Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was very hot in the room. We reported it to the reception. They did try to address the issue. Albeit very slowly. It was not resolved by our check out sadly."

"Staff was excellent and the hotel came with an international breakfast. Close to the train station (but uphill!) Air conditioning worked well."

"I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls."
