"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions ..."

"Wir sind zu einem Familientreffen über das verlängerte Wochenende angereist. Die Gastgeber-Familie war selbst auch verreist und so war der Schlüssel für uns hinterlegt. Alles klappte einwandfrei und wir fanden uns sehr schnell zurecht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und wie in der Annonce beschrieben. ..."
