"The location was very good. The property was located about 3 blocks to Lauderdale By The Sea restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating. We were allowed to put our luggage in the condo before check in and after check out. The condo happened to be ready before the check in time. The host offered some drinks for a small fee. That worked out well since we had not had groceries delivered yet. The condo was large and comfortable. None of the bedrooms were on the main floor which was ok...

"This place is paradise. We loved the area, very close to the beach, walking distance. The property overall all is a dream, the pool was really clean and the owner has made sure to stock the property with all the things you might need for the beach. The golf cart is an added bonus, we loved it so much because we were able to get around the town without using our own cars, parking in the beach area is difficult but the golf cart makes all the difference. We shall be back soon to stay many more...

"The location of the property is wonderful and our family had a great time easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house needs some TLC and the carpet needs to be replaced,it had some very bad stains on it. The host was very helpful but the house could definitely benefit from some TLC inside and outside."

"This was exactly what we were looking for. Well laid out modern space. Nice private heated pool. Private beach access. Nice neighborhood with lots of options to eat or grocery shop. Our kids 13 & 10 didn’t want to leave the property. Host was very responsive to our questions along the way. This place checked all the boxes for us."

"House was beautiful and well maintained. We needed extra beach chairs which were there upon arrival. Kids spent hours in the pool which was heated and clean. Plenty of beach towels. Could use a second set of sheets for each bedroom. The only complaint is a steep fee for early check in."
