Tatty. Too tatty for this price even in Edinburgh. The dreaded parking eye have been used.

Braid Hills Hotel
The hotel is in a lovely building, but the decor in our room was odd and dated - it needed a bit of tlc and updating in our opinion. Lovely views of the city and beyond. Carberry Tower Mansion House and Estate
Excellent stay and service, food was excellent with a good choice offered on the menu. The bar was also really good with several choices of beverages available, all were offered at reasonable cost.
